Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia announce free kidney dialysis for all NHIS patients from December 1
Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has announced that starting December 1, 2024, kidney dialysis will be provided free of charge for all patients under the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
This comes after a successful pilot program that offers free kidney dialysis for patients age 60 and above, as well as those under 18 years.
