I know and understand that no matter how careful you are you will still eat rubbish at some point, intentionally or not.

This is why I have always tell to allow your body a chance to fight for you.

By;

Avoiding Sugar, wheat and derivatives.

Not being fat.

Intermittent fasting.

Eating a lot of protein diet.

Proper hydration.

Autophagy marathon.

Targeted supplementation.

Grounded and sunning regularly.

Your body is not as fragile as you think.

Take care of it and it will take of you, simple.

Not you thinking that I’m feeling good to always tell you what to eat and what not to eat everyday.

I’m just looking out for you, by trying to encourage you not to give sicknesses a chance to use your body and dance gwo gwo n’ gwo
